Know exactly who to message today.

An appointment setter pipeline and a sales rep pipeline on one contact record. Bookings, applications and logged calls move the cards for you, and the top of the board says who is due.

  • MovesDrag a card, or select several and move them at once
  • ShowsCash on every closed card, and where the money came from
The Sales Rep Pipeline: leads in columns from New lead to Booked, Follow up, Closed, Not now, No show and Lost, with follow-ups due today at the top.

An AI appointment setter that books the call by text.

New leads get a reply in your voice in seconds. A burst of messages gets one answer, a lead who asks for a person is handed to you, and the call lands on the right calendar.

  • Your numberTwo-way texting, replies on your phone
  • CampaignsText and email, with a live preview of each
  • The lawQuiet hours by state, opt-outs in any words, an unsubscribe in every email
The Inbox: text conversations marked AI answering, Booked and Needs you, and a thread where the AI appointment setter books a call for Thursday at 6pm.

Every sales call, graded on your playbook.

Calls recorded with Fathom arrive a few minutes after they end. Each one comes back scored by area, with the exact moments to fix, what to say instead, and a drill before the next call.

  • RecordingsFathom, or a transcript from any recorder
  • Appointment setter DMsReviewed the same way as calls
  • ObjectionsCollected into a library the team practises
A graded sales call: 7 out of 10 overall, a score for each part of the call, what worked, two moments to fix with a better move for each, and a drill.

See your funnel as a map. Rewire it by dragging.

Describe a site, drop in a screenshot or a zip of one you have, and it is built. Flow lays out every page, every button and where it sends people, and every application lands in Leads.

  • EditClick anything on the page to change it, with undo and redo
  • FormsOne question per screen; paste your current form and it comes over exactly
  • DomainYour own, at any host, in two records
The Flow view: four funnel pages left to right, Home, Apply, Book your call and You are booked, with wires showing where each button and form sends people.

Know which post brought the booking.

Every published site counts its visitors, clicks, applications and bookings, where people came from, what device they used and the hour they showed up, against the period before.

  • GoalsCalls booked and applications sent, first
  • SourcesReferrers, UTM tags and your own tracking links
  • FunnelEach page in order, with the drop between steps
Site analytics: visitors, page views, clicks, bookings, applications and bounce rate with sparklines, a daily visitors chart against the previous 30 days, goals, top pages and sources.

See what works for your competitors. Make it yours.

Paste a competitor's YouTube channel and every video and Short comes in, ranked by views and refreshed each night, with the scripts of their best videos word for word. Pick a winner and the Brain rebuilds it in your voice, then it moves across one board from idea to posted.

  • CompetitorsTheir whole YouTube library, or single posts from TikTok, X and Facebook
  • WriteA winner rebuilt in your voice, or scripts from your own calls
  • ProduceA board per client or brand; your editor's cut goes under review
The content pipeline: video cards with thumbnails in columns from Ideas to Recording, Raw files, Editing, Under review and Ready to post.

Payments, commissions and payroll that agree.

Client payments from Stripe, Whop and Commas land on their own, net of refunds, and are matched to the deal that earned them. Pay for appointment setters, sales reps and the rest of the team is worked out from the same rows.

  • Your moneyPaid straight into your own accounts; infoteam never holds it
  • Team payBase pay, commission, and a per-video rate for editors
  • Payment linksCreate one without leaving the app
The Money page: client payments by source with this month and all-time totals, collected this month, last month, and a form to create a payment link.

Everything else in the app

All of it runs in one app, under one login.

Appointment setter and sales rep pipelines

One contact record, two boards, so a lead an appointment setter books shows up for the sales rep.

Follow-ups due today

The top of each board lists who to message and who is overdue.

Leads arrive on their own

From your website, Calendly, Google Sheets and form tools like Typeform, Jotform and Tally.

Qualify first, then bookNew

Every upcoming Calendly call becomes a booking, and new people are checked before they are waved through.

Tracking links on your domainNew

One short link per post, bio or ad, on your own domain, followed through to cash.

Select several, act onceNew

Tick cards or a whole column and move or remove them together.

End-of-day reports

Appointment setters hand in their day in five numbers and a line. You get the email.

Duplicates merge themselves

The same email, phone or name becomes one card.

Bring past leads in

Import from a spreadsheet or straight from screenshots.

Ask your business anything

The Brain reads your pipeline, calls, texts and payments, answers in plain sentences, and asks before it changes a thing.

  • Answers from your own numbers"What should we fix first this week?" gets your figures and the names behind them.
  • One-tap jobs and schedulesFind the bottleneck in one tap, or "every Monday at 8, tell me my week".
  • Reads what you show itScreenshots, recordings, PDFs, spreadsheets. Paste it in and ask.
  • In every chatType @Brain in a team chat. Each person's Brain sees only what their role can.
  • Keeps working when you leaveClose it, switch screens. The answer is waiting when you come back.
The Brain answering what should we fix first, with the last 30 days of revenue, the follow-ups due today and three actions.

Your team, on their phones

  • Check the numbers, move a lead or reply in Chat from your phone.
  • It installs to the home screen like an app.
  • Reminders and replies reach your phone, the bell and your email.

Before you start

Pick a plan and save a card with Stripe. You pay nothing today and nothing during the 14 days. If it is not for you, cancel from Settings before day 14 and the card is never charged.

No. You connect your own Stripe, Whop or Commas account and payments go straight to it. infoteam reads the payments to show totals, match them to deals and work out commissions. It never holds your funds.

Only when you switch it on, and only within the limits you set: it answers leads who text your number, books calls, and hands the thread to a person when someone asks for one or the conversation needs you. You can pause it for any lead.

Core includes 3 seats, Team 10 and Scale has no limit. Every appointment setter, sales rep and teammate works from the same records, and each person sees only what their role allows.

A call review is one full sales call or appointment setter conversation, graded. A Brain question is one answer or one draft. Each month Core includes 300 questions and 25 reviews, Team 800 and 150, and Scale 1,500 and 400. The count starts again on the 1st.

Stripe, Whop and Commas for payments; Google Calendar and Calendly for bookings; Fathom for call recordings; Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube and TikTok for content and lead sources; and Typeform, Jotform, Tally, ManyChat, Discord and Google Sheets.

Only your workspace. Each workspace is kept separate from every other, and inside yours each person sees only what their role allows.

Most teams are running the same day: connect your calendar and payment account, invite the team, and bring past leads in from a spreadsheet.

Yes. Your name, logo and colour across the app are included on Scale, and a one-time $250 on Core and Team. Your own domain for funnels and websites is $10 a month on any plan.
