Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of infoteam.io (the "Service"), operated by infoteam.io ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.
1. The Service
infoteam.io is a team operating platform for businesses that sell with a team: CRM, call analysis, content tools, funnels, websites, bookings, payments visibility, messaging and related features. We improve the Service continuously, and features may change over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your team members' access, and keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.
3. Free trial and billing
New workspaces start with a 14 day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup through Stripe, and card details never touch our servers. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel in one click from Settings before the trial ends. After the trial, your chosen plan bills monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
4. Your data and your customers' payments
Your workspace data belongs to you. Where you connect your own payment providers (such as Stripe, Whop or Commas), payments flow directly to your own accounts — infoteam.io displays and organizes that information but never holds your funds. API keys you connect are stored encrypted and are never readable back out of the platform.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use, including spam or messaging people who have opted out.
- No attempts to breach, probe or overload the Service or access other customers' data.
- You must have the rights to any content you upload and comply with the messaging and platform rules of any service you connect.
We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.
6. AI features
Parts of the Service use AI to analyze calls, draft content and answer questions from your workspace data. AI output can be imperfect; review it before relying on it. You are responsible for what you publish and send.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
